Our corrugated Process

For nearly 100 years, Cullen have manufactured product packaging, following a process that compliments our customers business by working as a packaging partner. Our consultants will guide you through the process of creating your product packaging; from initial consultation to final delivery and feedback.

Stage One

INITIAL CONSULTATION

It’s time to make your packaging look great. Our knowledgeable team will talk over your requirements and understand what we need to do to turn your concept into reality. It might be simple or it might be complicated; either way our experienced consultants will guide you through what we can do to help you.

Stage Two

SAMPLE PACKAGING

The first thing we do is prepare a sample. We’ll use your product to check our proposed design is fit for purpose and then we’ll send it to you. Once you’re happy with our design, we’re ready to move forward.

Stage Three

YOUR PROPOSAL

We typically quote per 1000 boxes and can include the cost of the printing plate and die cut forme so you get a clear picture of the overall cost. Of course, if anything isn’t clear, let us know and we’ll walk you through it.

Stage Four

PRINT PROOF

We’ll present you with an A4 print proof and colour swatches for sign off on your order. Once everyone involved is in agreement, we can begin manufacturing your packaging.

Stage Five

ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

No one likes surprises so, once you’ve made it, we’ll be sure to acknowledge your order with a delivery date. This will normally be ten working days from receipt of your order and is the date it is delivered to you. Occasionally we can make it quicker, we’re always considerate of your impending deadlines. Just let us know.

Stage Six

MANUFACTURE YOUR PACKAGING

Our ink technicians quality-check your print to the design brief before approving it. You’re welcome to visit our factory to see your product being manufactured. Once your order is ready, we’ll deliver it as we agreed.

Stage Seven

FEEDBACK & FORWARD PLANNING

We love hearing feedback from you and your customers; make sure you give us a call and share any. Alternatively, a social media post or recommendation goes a long way.
